Personality Profile: Not the smartest person but he's normally laid back and quiet. He prefers to sit back and watch most of the time but like all cats, has periods of child (in his case, kitten like) like energetic moments. Ollie can be inquisitive like most cats and rather curious. Sometimes this tends to get him caught up in some odd situations. He's easy to get along with and with a lil treat, he can be your newest best friend. He can also be very sarcastic and tends to say weird things. His way of thinking isnt very fast and can be easily distracted if he's not paying attention.

Physical Description: Basically, Oliver looks like a fluffy furred humanoid version of a Maine Coon cat with pure white fur. He has a fluffy tail which in most cases is hard to hide. His hands are human like with retractable claws like a cat.

Mutation/Powers:
Feline features, energy globule production.

Primary :
Feline like agility. He processes extreme acrobatics, quick reflexes and speed. This enables him to sprint up to speeds nearing 50mph but only for a short period of time.

Secondary :
Producing Energy Globules: He's able to produce energy globules (fireworks) that vary in power and intensity. He controls their flight path and shape mentally, along with when they detonate. Their range of power varies from colorful sparkles capable of blinding, to a powerful explosion capable of destroying tree trunks and metal objects. Most of the time they are small, but when he's stressed or scared, he can cause major damage. He can also reabsorb his energy globules back into his body without harm.

Tertiary :
He able to shift into a house cat form. This can be done on command. He can stay this way for as long as he chooses.

Drawbacks/Weaknesses :
His curiosity. He also tends to be one track minded sometimes. He's also has ADD, with just about every small thing grabbing his attention. He's also an extreme neat freak and has to have his appearance in check at all times. With his powers, if he's not careful, he can set things on fire and possibly damage or destroy property.

How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future?

Background:
Oliver hails from Cleveland, Ohio. He was born at University Hospital on July 4th at 9:20pm. From the start, Oliver was destined to be the different one in the family. Ollie was born with his eyes closed, much like a kitten with small tale tell signs of his mutation beginning. When his eyes did open, they were mismatched in color with feline like iris. By the age 1, a fine layer of white pelt covered his entire body. At age 3, he was fully changed, looking every bit of a humanized feline. From that point on, Oliver was home schooled, spending 99% of his life indoors until his father found out about a new device that could allow Oliver to leave the house. This device was a stop watch, which when worn around the neck, could cloak a person's appearance, allowing them to appear as any person, male or feline along the lines of their age. With this new device, Oliver was allowed to attend Jr High School. That proved to be the worse decision ever. After several run ins with bullies who would take his watch, reveling his true form, problems start to arise. Eventually, he was kicked out of school due to his mutation. After this, Ollie began taking high school courses online, obtaining his high School Diploma without ever stepping a foot into a school again.

It would be during this time where Ollie began to immerse himself into the world of the internet. He took many of courses in foreign language, able to fluidly speak, read and write in a few different languages: Russian, Spanish, French, German and Japanese

Quirks, Extras, Random Character Facts:
Laser pointer anyone? Point one around or near him and he just might go after it. He also has a tendency to pounce small, moving objects. Sometimes will stalk people from bushes, ending the stalk session with a huge pounce. Another interesting quirk about Ollie......he sometimes gets scared of his own powers. Most to all cats are terrified of fireworks and, although he knows what his powers can do, his instincts still tells him to high tail it. Most of the time, this isnt a problem but occasionally, instincts can be hard to fight and in turn, ends up freaking his own self out. He also has a weird obsession with hiccups....but he tends to keep that private. Branded Cobalt's Dumbest Cat and has a collar tag with the phrase to prove it.
