New Team Hierarchy, or Lack Thereof

Everyone on the X-team, including hopefuls, will have received an e-mail summarizing the following information!

A new order is being established within Cobalt Hill's strike team. There will be no more permanent team leaders. Instead, leadership will be rotational on missions. Individuals with expertise in a certain area will be looked to for help when the need arises. This is to encourage teamwork and take pressure off of one person. Anyone who is uncomfortable with leadership does not need to lead, but one will not be permitted to skip out on their duties due to laziness.

Team members with issues, questions or concerns are expected to report directly to Marcus Gains from now on. He has ensured that he will be more active in overseeing team activities and keeping eyes on potential candidates from this point forward.
