We're going to have to deny this character as she's written. She is far too powerful for a first-run character. While we appreciate your enthusiasm perhaps you could try something a little less of a heavy hitter as you come straight out of the gates. Pick three powers that work together, and keep it on the low to mid-level scale. You can always have a character grow stronger over time.
