Personality Profile: Generally she is quiet and to herself. Most would not even notice she is there. She watches a room with an alert eye as if taking it all in. She loves the outdoors and enjoys a good book or movie. Human nature fascinates her just as much as the secrets people keep. She is far from aggressive and very little will provoke her. However, should a situation arise that she feels warrants her attention she sews confusion, deception and mistrust through the enemy ranks causing her own openings to attack. Usually she creeps up from behind and exploits the weaknesses in the enemies’ own body.
Physical Description: She stands at 5’7", very long brown wavy hair usually kept down with some curl to it. She has piercing ice blue eyes that at times looks to be a gray in color. She has full pouty lips in a dusty rose color and a nice, light tan. Her body reflects her French heritage, thick and curvy, granting her an hourglass shape. She wears a soft satin pink tank top with thin spaghetti straps, the strap on the right usually off the shoulder. Occasionally hidden by a loose fitting, low cut black top she tends to wear, with embellished hood. Hung off her shapely hips is a pair of Coal black Cameo Capri pants held up by a black leather belt, revealing her belly button with its small piercing. On her feet she wears simple skater sneakers. On her wrists she wears leather cuffs. This matches the thick leather collar that adorns her her neck where a small silver dream catcher hangs.

Mutation/Powers:
Primary : Ghostly Form
She can allow her body to become Ethereal allowing her to phase through objects or allow objects to pass harmlessly through her as well, this however can be made difficult when electricity is involved. Recently she has been learning how to go invisible. It also grants her the ability to hover and glide.
Secondary : Astral Projection
She can send her astral self out of her body to explore when needed. She can project herself to other locations. With a bit of concentration she can view other locations as long as it is a place she has been to or of there is someone she knows and can link herself to their minds eye. This does drain her and place her into something of a meditative state. She becomes unaware of her physical surroundings and can make her quite vulnerable. Also if the tether is strong enough with the person she can teleport herself to their location. The drawback is that if the tether is strong enough the other person can call or summon her which will move her disrupting whatever she may already be engaged in.
Tertiary : Telekinesis
The ability to manipulate and control objects with her mind. She can currently will herself to lift, push, and pull objects up to 100 lbs. She uses her mind to do this so there is not always a tell for her actions. However with this ability being somewhat new to her she does have to focus and concentrate which means that the object doesn't always make it to the intended target.
Drawbacks/Weaknesses/Side Effects :
She has to have a place that she can go where she can meditate and re-center herself because her mental abilities can cause her to burn out. It has to be done at night at least once a week. If the sun is over head or there is a full moon it can cause her to lose control of her powers. She has issues sometimes with electrical equipment when phasing through it and can possibly cause it to short out. Electrical currents can also cause her to malfunction as well, disrupting her abilities. If in her ghost form there is a chance her voice can be picked up on a recording (evp) and in some occasions while in ghost form a camera has picked her up as a small energy ball or wisp. She also tends to have a case of claustrophobia.
How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future? (Note: Not required for staff members.)
In the future I believe she will become more ghostly use her chi to pick up the moods or intentions of those around her. She might gain the ability to astral project illusions and perhaps even to use her astral projection to enter dreams.
Background:
Born in Blythe Arkansas, she grew up in the back woods. She enjoyed spending time outside and going fishing. When she was 15 her father’s company transferred her family to Tucson, which she really hated. She had no desire to invest herself in the lay out of the place or the people there. While she was in high school she really did not bother to talk to or meet anyone of interest. That was until the day the School was taken down by an earth quake. Most of the buildings fell and the school had to be closed down. While she was walking the empty washes of the city wishing for water and fish she met a boy. He could tell by her disdain that she was not very happy in her environment and explained to her that he fully understood as he too had been moved away from a home with forests and rivers. He also told her there was a way she could go back to it whenever she liked. He began to teach her how to meditate and become more centered. After the first lesson something awakened in her. She took to it rather quickly and a week later they were starting to go through meditation when suddenly Cosette disappeared…

Being from Arkansas she has a thick accent. She likes movies and music. She loves watching people and just taking in knowledge. She is quiet and to herself but she is quick witted with a sense of humor. She can be very sweet but if you mess with those she cares about she becomes very protective.
