Name: Noah Harris
Codename: Judge
Age: 17
Date of Birth: Oct 9th

Place of Origin: Pensacola Florida
Nationality/Race: Caucasian
Classification/Origin of Powers: (Mutant, human, metahuman, cyborg, etc.) Mutant
Status: (Trainee, resident, staff, villain, refugee, other) Student
Occupation: Student
Personality Profile: (Your character's personality, mindset, worldviews, etc.)
He is very much the loner type, doesn't think it's necessary to socialize all together too much unless the situation demands it. He's not mean when he is social, he just doesn't like to be surrounded by a bunch of people, most especially people he doesn't' know.
Physical Description: (Feel free to use text, an image, or both.)
5'11, fit, semi long black hair that sometimes brushes over the eyes. Usually seen in a black hoodie with hood pulled up and always in sunglasses even in the middle of winter to cover his red eyes. His eyes are a tell tale sign that he is a mutant so he keeps them covered when ever he can. Leather gloves with cut off fingers, no jewelry other than a necklace he keeps tucked under his shirt of a silver cross.
---------------------------------
Powerset: The Truth
Ability One: While looking into his eyes the person he is addressing will believe whatever he is saying as the truth. Example: A man comes in holding a pepsi and Noah tells him that the drink is a Mountain Dew. They would believe the drink to be a Mountain Dew then although it would still taste like Pepsi and look like it. They might then logic it out that the Mountain Dew had gone bad which is why it looks and taste different. He can not make people see something that is not there IE illusion, only believe what he is saying is the truth.
Ability Two: He can hear the truth in peoples words. Meaning if someone is lying, even believably so, he can tell if it is the truth or not. He can not tell -what- the truth is, only rather or not they are telling the truth or are lying.
Ability Three: Upon touch AND eye contact he can force the person to tell him the truth. So if he hears a lie he can touch them on their on their body and tell them to tell him the truth and they will.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses: His eyes are red and this is a sign immediately that he is a mutant. Sometimes it hard to tell white lies from black lies (IE does this dress make my butt look big? "Um, not really." When it does). Always hearing rather or not someone tells the truth has made him want to be alone, untrusting of many people because most of the time people lie even in small ways to cushion pain. Without eye contact his ability to make people believe him can not happen. So if his glasses are on or if someone refuses to look up or are blind he can't make them believe him. Mutants that have mind control abilities are often immune to his truth both in telling and pulling from someone.
Projected Power Growth & Development: Maybe eventually he can make people believe him so much that they will in fact see the changes he is telling them. For instance: My ID says I'm 21 and if they look again they will see that it has changed and he is right where as right now if they looked at the ID again they would see that's not true but they would think he believes it to be true and wasn't purposefully trying to lie.
Skills: Playing Guitar, XBox 360 Games
Background: His father is a military man and always moving around the family from location to location. He was born on a military base in Florida but didn't stay there much past the age of five where they then moved to Germany at another post and to California. When Noah hit the age of 14 his powers started to develop and he began to get into small bits of trouble because of it. He would tell his teacher that he got an A but she had forgot so she would mark him down as having had an A, or told the Principle that he did show up for school when he didn't and he would just think he forgot and let him go instead of writing him up for being absent. After a pattern of behavior had been noticed his father
started to realize that he was a mutant and due to his strong military mind set wanted him away from the rest of the family so shipped him off to a school where he can be with 'his kind'. He has very limited contact with his family who is very Christian and tended to think of mutants as a devils infestation. His father was a violent man but only to him who needed an 'excersism' but all attempts failed leaving Noah more prone to being alone than he was before.
