Personality Profile: Apparently bright and endlessly bubbly Bella possesses a dark spot in her soul, an ability to do what needs doing without feeling shame, pain or remorse. To the residents and faculty of Cobalt she is almost maternal, sweet and kind quick with treats and a comforting word.. to those that would threaten her home she is hell itself, capable of shocking acts of violence without hesitation.
Physical Description: Extremely short and slim she looks not a day over 18. Her skin possesses a rosy pink hue and unnatural texture, that of a rose petal, fragile velvety and oh so soft. Her eyes are almond shaped, tilted at the corners in a vaguely Asian manner but the irises are emerald green around the outer portion and velvet red around the inner ring. The dryad has a delicate facial structure and generally is small and fragile looking, favoring brightly pink outfits when she remembers to dress at all.

Powerset: Florakenetic and plant form
Ability One: Florakenetic: Bella can grow, alter and manipulate living plant material within her sphere of influence (300 feet in any direction, 600 foot sphere) creating unnatural and often fanciful plants more at home in a fairytale than real life. Able to reach into the plants dna and alter it she can create nearly anything she wants so long as its natural and can control this down to a fine enough detail to create fabrics and other durable textiles from vines. What is given can also be taken away, allowing her to drain the life out of a plant, either leaving it a withered husk or ungrowing it to seed, depending on her will.
Ability Two: Dryad: After her rebirth Bella is no longer human at all, her skin possesses a rose pink hue that marks her as a floral creature, her skin carries the scent of wildflowers under the sun even in the dead of winter and her hair is silken threads, like corn silk, waist length and color variant depending on season. This grants many bonuses and flaws, she's no longer vulnerable to poisons, diseases and ailments of the human population, but is fragile to flame and things designed to or capable of killing plants. She tends to slip into a hybernative state when robbed of solar energy, her staple food source, leaving her helpless but preserving her last spark of energy for as long as possible.. in a suitably comatose state she could the long cold winters without nourishment (5 months or indefinitely if exposed to water or soil). Hibernation is not strictly needed as she can survive quite happily on the light of sunlamps, solar mutants and other uv abilities and water but can taste and enjoy physical food in limited quantities. This dryad plant nature also makes her immortal in the truest sense of the word, she will never die of old age, and will never age naturally.
Ability Three: Tree Bound: After her death and rebirth Belladonna is deeply tied to the tree that bore her new incarnation from the seed that was so much a part of her being in her human tainted life. This tree is not subject to alteration (with one exception) by her florakenetic power, and will staunchly resist even the mildest changes placed upon it by others of similar mutation. That exception is size, she can change the size of the exotic tree from just over 3 feet in height to just about 20 feet in height. The true depth of the power of this bond is in the ability it has to call Bella to it, or she return herself to it in moments of dire emergency. She can only carry herself for this trip. Should her physical incarnation be destroyed a new body will grow to house her spirit, though this process takes time, between 4 and 6 weeks. Should both her body and the tree be destroyed Bella will never walk the earth again. Bella would be significantly weakened by the loss of her tree, it is irreplaceable and luckily it is very hearty and heal able by her own gifts.

Weak: Physically Belladonna is a small weak person, unable to lift or carry more than a reasonable amount for her slender size and weight.
Fragile to Fire: She's a plant, her body is more susceptible to flames than the average human being.

Background: Ayanna was born in a rural area of South Carolina to a Japanese mother and an abusive alcoholic southern father, her life was relatively normal until her 8th year, when her hair and eyes started to show the first signs of her mutations. She bore the horrific abuse of her bigoted father and the indifference of her cowed mother until she was thirteen, when, after a binge of drinking Ayanna set off her father, who attempted to kill her for being a freak. She moved out on her own, and had many brushes with the law, though none really serious, long periods of her life between 13 and 18 are unaccounted for by most. For years she lived at Cobalt, rising to the position of cooking instructor until Wonderland's attack on the school which drove her temporarily insane and leading to a suicidal attempt to free Tim, the last part of her life she felt mattered after her friends seemed to have turned against her.. unfortunately before she could return to the school her current body was killed leaving people in mourning for the bubbly bright eyed Belladonna.. A few knew of her rebirth though she felt disassociated, walking away from her lover, her friends she has been about for the time between, spending time in the southern united states with her mother for the woman's last months on earth, then into south America to relax away from humanity. The emotional scars left by Wonderland healed a bit and her desire to return to the one place she ever felt at home had returned bringing her back to Cobalt.
Criminal Record: From age 13 to 18 she had numerous arrests for petty crimes such as shoplifting to the more serious offense of prostitution. She was never detained long, and rarely in the same city twice. Moving and adapting to survive before she landed at cobalt the first time. She wasn't ever charged or arrested with anything she did after that.
Quirks, Extras, Random Character Facts: Belladonna has a profound fear of heights and a more understandable fear of opened flames that means her cooking is done on electric ranges and ovens and never on gas. She is often seen in the company of a plant creation known as Treatie, a variably sized vine basket on feet decorated in jade and pink wood around the edge with pink flowers along its handle. She's nearly technologically inept.
