Krav Maga - Training available

"Developed in Europe during the 1930's, the fighting system of the IDF special forces, Krav Maga literally means 'Contact Combat' Its focus is on real world situations, efficient and versatile counter attacks, and the ease at which the basics can be learned."
Recently, in the Sims, Isaiah had been working with the program to develop a series of training simulations, progressing from the simple techniques through blue belt level skills.
Personal training could be scheduled Monday through Friday from 10am through 3pm, and on Saturday from 10 am to 7pm. At the bottom of the sheet was listed Isaiah's phone number and email so that they can contact him to schedule sessions.
