Personality Profile: A sarcastic buttinksy who always seems to be in the right place at the right time. He's friendly for sure, perhaps a little TOO friendly, but a shameless flirt and a gossip fiend to boot. He's probably the school's best source for random, useless info about its going ons.
Physical Description: Not too tall, not too short, his shaggy blonde hair is cut a little on the short side and he's got an almost ever-present smile. He isn't particularly built but he's in good enough shape thanks to a casual workout schedule, and it most definitely a t-shirt and jeans kind of guy.

Primary : State the Obvious - Speculated to be some warped form of precognition or perhaps an 'omnipresence', Jake has the uncanny ability to be in a place where something terribly eventful is about to happen for the sole purpose of shooting a sarcastic, humorous, or annoying one-liner toward those involved. Some mutant experts believe that this is actually a reality-warping ability and that Blatant Boy creates these scenarios just to be present for them to happen.
Secondary : Teleportation? - Jake seems to be able to be in the right place at the right time, there one moment and gone the next. So, who knows.
Tertiary : None.
Drawbacks/Weaknesses : He gets beat up. A lot.
How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future? They won't, unless he somehow develops the mutant ability to become even more annoying.
Background: Jake has experienced numerous mutant schools, and it's presumed that he's been kicked out of all of the previous ones for being too annoying, in spite of various rules and laws against that. He's just that good. How long will he last at the academy? Tough to say.
Quirks/Extras (Random fun facts about your character!): Jake's hobbies, besides being really irritating, include soccer and model ships in bottles. He is quite good friends with another annoying fellow with a big mouth. He also possesses a vestigial tail that until recently not even he noticed.
