Personality Profile: Coming from a big family, Julia has learned to be pretty tolerant. She is a young, sweet girl and very family oriented. She is outgoing and loves to be involved, but perhaps something that is odd about her, is that she is closest with her older brother Josiah. She won't do anything without his approval. She looks up to him and admires him more than anyone on the face of the earth.
Physical Description: There is anything super special about Julia. She is a small little thing really, reaching a grand total of 5'5", and weighing in at 123lbs. She is fit, and thinner. And though she is no athlete, she is fit enough to get done what needs to be done.

Mutation/Powers:
Primary : Terrakenisis: Julia has the ability to control the earth around her, but only within a 15-20 foot range around her. This means she is able to life rocks, dirt, sand, etc... And mold it, lift it, move it, ect. Almost like being telekenetic, but only with the earth. She has a connection with the earth it seems. She can lift rocks up to 100lbs, as well as throw rocks up to 100mph. She may part the ground beneath her, though nothing too big, only enough to swallow a small car or the likes.
Secondary : Stone Skin: When Julia feels the need, she can make her skin as hard as stone. This doesn't mean it's impenetrable. Anything that can happen to a rock, can happen to her. A chip? Could be a small scrape, or a gash that could leave her impaired. Also, with the right amount of heat, rocks can be melted. Also, this form can only be held for so long, finding it draining to maintain. The period of time that she has been able to calculate is roughly one hour.
Tertiary : Nothing as of yet.
Drawbacks/Weaknesses/Side Effects : Julia is skeptical about her powers. She unsure of how they will develop and is afraid she might lose control. She doesn't use them often, which can come off as being a bad thing with little practice to perfect her gift. And, if she over exerts herself, it can lead to headaches, migraines, and possible blackout periods. And just because she has rock hard flesh and not much can damage it, it doesn't mean she is invincible.
How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future? She hopes to fully come to terms with her powers. She harness them, learn to fully control them and manipulate them how she wants. Perhaps she could build on them as well, push herself to push her abilities, learn more about them, learn to make herself stronger.
Background: Julia's family is... Well... Huge. To sum it up in one word that is. A total of fourteen kids, she has seven brothers and six sisters. They have always been very supportive with the fact that Julia too has powers, though she found that she wanted to get up. Though still really living at home, she is currently staying at the dorms offered in Cobalt. Not that she doesn't like it at home, she would just prefer to be around people who can further her power control, not wishing to hurt anyone she is close to. In fact, her older brother Joe currently goes to Cobalt as well, so figuring it can't hurt, she decided to join.
Quirks, Extras, Random Character Facts: In contrary to her older brother's skill of baking and cooking, she is talented in the music section. The woman can sing her heart out. She also plays piano and guitar. Oh. And she can dance. Like... Amazingly.
