Personality Profile: Can be described as interesting or strange. She enjoys using her powers to snoop, or prank, or just out of boredom and laziness. She likes keeping herself busy be it dancing, training her power/ability, working with her dog, or anything else she can get her hands on.

Mutation/Powers:

Primary : Size Manipulation: Has the ability to grow to 15ft tall and shrink to 5 inches tall. This happens on a cellular level. When she focuses her energy and what size she desires to be and it happens. How long it takes depends on how big or small she is going. 15ft takes about 30 seconds, 5 inches 30 seconds as well. She can stay in this form for how long she desires to, just requires energy to go back to normal.

Secondary : Elasticity: Cells through out her body have unique elastic qualities. She can stretch out her torso, legs, feet, arms, hands, and neck. Her head can do the same as well but it hurts and sucks to do so.. she can stretch her neck 5ft, torso 15ft, arms and legs 10ft. Her hands and feet can stretch out 2ft. Trying to stretch farther causes cramps and her limb or body part to return to its normal size. She can hold the stretched out positions for about 20-30 minutes. Past that she starts to develop cramps and that body part will return to normal if the cramps get too bad.

Tertiary : Body Armor:Rubber: Has specialized skin cells that will thicken and turn into rubber when she focuses her energy to those cells. Right now she can only do her entire body, she cannot focus on just one body part getting armored. When the armor is up she can be like a bouncy ball, so pretty rubbery. She can only hold the body armor for about 5 minutes at a time. After using it she has to wait a few minutes before trying again. It is straining since it is still a relatively new power. with this power the surface of her skin does not feel light pain...like punches or shallow cuts. Deep cuts, really hard hits or bullets will make it through the tough skin and cause her damage.

Drawbacks/Weaknesses/Side Effects : Size manipulation takes a good bit of energy and causes her to have to eat right after she changes her size. If she tries to over use her elasticity beyond her current range she will have sever cramps. Same goes for her body armor power. If she tries to use it for too long she will cramp up. Because of the changes that her cells take on for her elasticity power it caused her to develop epilepsy when the power developed. She cannot predict when she is going to have an episode, however, she has a dog with her that can, but still once its coming there is no stopping it.

How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future? (Note: Not required for staff members.) She wants to be able to grow to 20 feet and shirking down to 1 inch. She also wants to be able to stretch her limbs out as far as she can dream them to go, and desires to be able to hold up her body armor longer and be able to protect certain body parts instead of just her entire body.

Background: Was born in Las Vegas NV to a unique family. Her mother Lola, was from Brazil and immigrated to the US when she was 18. She found her way to Las Vegas and became a show girl. Her father is the son of Irish immigrants and worked as a pit boss at the casino/hotel that her mom worked at. They met, and well 2ish years later Elisia was born. As soon as she was old enough her mother enrolled her in dance classes where she learned her love for dance, much like her mother. Neither of her parents are mutants, and luckily for Elisia she wasn't born with her powers. Her first power didn't show up until she was 10 years old.

Her first power showed itself when she was at school during recess. She had been skipping rope with her friends and a bully grabbed the rope and pulled causing her to get tripped up and fall on her face. She laid there and teared up as he pointed and laughed. His friends gathered around to do so, the teachers were busy breaking up a fight, and her friends were trying to get to her to help her up. She just wanted to shrink down and hide.....and she did down to 1ft tall causing all the students to scream out and back off. Her best friend Kelsy picked her up though and held her running for a teacher trying to get her friend help. They did get her calmed down and return to her normal size and they did call her parents. Her parents didn't know how to handle finding this out... The next day at school the same boy and same group tried to surround her. They started pushing on her and shoving her. They held her friends back squeezing their wrists hard causing the girls to cry out. Kasey let out a scream that alerted the teachers who started running over. Elisia falls to the ground and a few of the boys jump on her to hold her down. She lets out a scream and just wished she was bigger...and her mind focused on the wishing she was bigger....and then it happened. She grew to around 7ft tall, her clothes ripping but not fully coming off at least. She shoved the boys away and most of the ran. She sits there crying her friends crying and holding her. Teachers once again escort her and her friends into the building and got them settled down so that she could change back... Once again her parents were called. While trying to deal with their child being unique they enrolled her in a private school. Her little friend Kasey ended up changing to the same school as well and their friend Sarah was soon to follow too.Her parents accepted that she was truly unique but feared telling their family. They were not as understanding. Especially wen both sets of grandparents are very superstitious and Catholic. When she was 12 her secondary power manifested itself while she was playing in the backyard with her friends.

They were playing on her monkey bars and while hanging she was just swinging her legs and laughing. One of her friends grab onto her waist hanging on trying to see how strong she is, and yells out."No powers!" As if saying it would be cheating to grow. Giggling and struggling to hold on....next thing they know they are both on the ground....though....she was still holding on. Kasey was about to say something about cheater cheater pumpkin......buuuuut looks at her arms...the were stretched out! Sooo this one they decided to keep from her parents and she let go..... She figured out how to return her arms to normal and well in secret practiced her abilities. She practiced and worked on her powers with her friends helping her every step of the way.

When she was 13 she had her first epileptic seizure. She would have a few a month thanks to medicine that she had to take. When she was 14 her parents signed her up for a program where she will work with a dog and have a dog that will be able to predict when she was going to have an episode and could get her somewhere safe and get help. When she was 16 her final power manifested itself. She and her friends were crossing the road at school to get to the side walk to walk to Sarah's home when car ran the stop sign. Elisia was bringing up the rear having paused to say a few kind words to the traffic cop, and her friends were waiting on the side walk with her dog Star. She only had a split second to react and her body went into automatic defense mode as her mind instantly thought death and brace. The car hits her slamming on breaks only then. She hit the hood and was bounced off 20ft from the car where she hit pavement, bounced up 5ft and back down, landing this time as her power shut itself off. Her friends w/ dog rushed to her side and the traffic cop followed along with a teacher that witnessed it. Other teachers make sure the driver doesn't try to drive off.

At the hospital her parents would arrive to the good news that she was okay, only a bit bruised up. When they asked how is it she survived, the doctors informed them of her latest mutation. Her parents a mix of freaked out and relieved were able to take her home that night...that night they fought......her mother and father. It was over her, and over her being a mutant. They kicked her out willing to accept the consequences for doing so. Kasey and her family took her in. She would finish up school and graduate. Kasey helped her in finding a place to move off to. She wouldn't be able to follow her friend but they found Cobalt and that is where she would enroll.


Quirks, Extras, Random Character Facts: Enjoys dancing, more specifically ballet. She also loves playing frisbee and fetch with her dog Star who is a full blooded yellow lab. Star is very friendly and loves people. Elisia also enjoys writing short stories and poems as well.
