Personality Profile: Both personalities differ greatly, and each one's disposition is quite noticable. Tasha is more light-hearted and outgoing, willing to make friends and very accepting of a wide-variety of people. Effervescent and bubbly, her personality reflects the abilities which she harbors. Darla, however, is more introverted, although she's not one to distance herself from the crowd, she simply isn't the life of the party like Tasha, albeit she's much more interesting and a bit more intelligent than her other half, having a bit more insight and common sense. Like day and night, the two are on opposite ends of the spectrum for the most part, however share the same traits when it comes to particular things.

Primary: E.T.T. Pain/Pleasure. Embodiment. Transferance. And Telepathy. Depending on her source from drawing her power she can make the pain/pleasure emission span over (at the moment) a radius of twenty feet, forty in moments of personal pain. This includes a gathering of affecting ten people head on, without the ability to stop the affects unless a power conflict comes into play [i.e. a stronger telepath or empath could redirect it possibly or ignore it completely], fifteen people in a moderate fashion, and twenty in a very mild fashion [ i.e. small bout of depression or insecurity, a smile of elation out of nowhere spontaneous courtesy to a stranger. ]
Secondary : Just a subtle shift of eye / hair color when switching personalities. As the opposite personality takes hold Juxta goes into a dormant state, stops what she is doing completely, and becomes vacant to the untrained eye, as one personality retreats and the other becomes dominant, eyecolor fading from one color to another as well as the color of her hair.
Tertiary: Not yet evident.
Drawbacks/Weaknesses: Her personal problems cause a certain amount of drawbacks, especially because her personalities could switch at any given moment, thus completely changing her abilities. If they were in use, things could get very squirrely.
How do you believe this character's powers will further develope in the future?: Juxta is subject to have at least one more personality emerge, however the strength of that personality's ability is up in the air, most likely it will simply be a minor personality with a minor ability. That, and the girls themselves might develope a minor tertiary ability similar to or a bit stronger than their secondary.
Background: She has spent most of her time in mental institutions from a very young age of nine. Her parents didn't want to have to deal with the fact that they were actually raising two different girls in one body, and seeing as it wasn't normal enough for them, Darla/Tasha has effectively coursed through about ten different rehabs and mental wards within just the state of New York alone. Once her powers manifested though, since she was already under lock and key, she was put into an even worse situation where she was poked and prodded. Luckily, someone within her ward caught wind of Cobalt Hill Academy and she was somehow given a transfer to the school. She really isn't crazy.. really... She's just a little more "special" than one individual person.. Heh.
Quirks/Extras (Special skills, links, etc.):
Explaination of "Split Personalities" : Darla/Tasha actually -are- the same person, at least physical-wise. When she was young, Darla/Tasha developed these split personalities at quite the early age, and when the X-gene kicked into effect, it only enhanced the aspect that both girls were two -completely- different people harbored in one body, fighting for the chance to take hold and be in control for however long they could before the other personality bumped in again. The girls have no recollection of what the other one has done while the recessed personality lays dormant to the controlling one, and they often get very confused when taking ahold of the body and finding themselves in different places. Watch out though.. literally.. looks can be deceiving.. Darla/Tasha switch randomly and without forewarning.
**Warning** :: Even though these two personalities have come out, Darla/Tasha still have one more which lay dormant in her body.. just waiting for the day until it manifests. It's unknown what powers.. if -any at all- that it will harbor. Most likely the other personality doesn't harbor any type of powers at all, but there is a slim possibility it might, and at the moment there's no way to tell unless she's put under observation by a mutant whose abilities are fine tuned to pinpointing and ascertaining mutant powers.
