Physical Description: Standing at five foot eleven inches tall, the Russian youth is no slouch, short black hair and green eyes against a pale complexion standing out. Athletic in build, Pete is usually dressed in a parka, gloves and boots during winter, jeans and t-shirts in the summer.

Mutation/Powers:

Primary: Metamorph - Tiger form
Can transform into a tiger, gaining all the animal's strength and agility. In this form, his mind is unchanged, though his ability to communicate is hampered - unless one speaks tiger, of course. He can change forms at will, up to six times per day, then must rest six to eight hours before attempting the change.

Secondary: Metamorph - Hybrid form
Can shift halfway between a tiger and a man, retaining intelligence and speech, upright walking and the such, but this look tends to frighten others.

Tertiary: None, so far.

Drawbacks/Weaknesses: He can only stay in either form for eight hours, after which his body will revert back automatically. In hybrid form, his speech is gruffer, sounding like a mix between his normal voice and a growl, making him a bit harder to understand.

How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future?
He'll gain more control of morphing into the tiger and be able to maintain that form longer, perhaps he'll learn to master the hybrid form as well.

Background:
Pyotr had started life in Vladivostok, the son of a military hero and his wife. His first year was traumatic on the boy as his father was killed in a terrorist bombing of the army base in Leningrad, his mother found it hard to surviove on the emger government benefits given to army widows, she was forced to seek employment and found such as a baker's assistant.

The boy went to school and graduated high school at fifteen, then went on to apprentice as an iron worker. He'd earn enough money to assist his mother in their living expenses and have just enough left over to save for two tickets to America, land of opportunity. Last year, his mother died of an illness contracted at work - the money Pyotr got plus his savings meant he could move to America for a better life.

Pyotr got here and fought hard for his green card, and got it in November of 2008. Wile waiting for it, he got to Cobalt Hill Academy, after finding out about them, and enrolled as a student and asistant coach, to better control his morphing. So here he is, green card in pocket , jobs at hand, in Salem, ready to assist those in need at the school, while attending it to better control his powers.

Pyotr has become obsessed with watching WWE wrestling, finding the thing fascinating, since the Russians have no equivalent.
