General Power Information: Animalistic abilities. Being an animal based mutation, Monica has the enhanced agility and senses of a feral beast.
Ability One: Enhanced senses - Eyesight, hearing, smell and taste resemble that of a feral cat, allowing her to detect things normal people might miss.
Ability Two: Enhanced agility - Monica has the heightened agility in much the same way a cat her size might, allowing for faster speeds, and better ability to move, much in the manner of a large cat.
Ability Three: Enhanced strength - Monica carries slightly enhanced strength, much in the way a large cat might, allowing her to shrug off attacks that might otherwise phase her. Though nowhere close to the power of more strength based mutants, she does have the ability to hold her own with opponents larger than herself.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses: Much like a cheetah or other speed based cats, if Monica pushes her agility too far she threatens to wear herself out quickly. This is a constant and something she must always keep in mind.

Background: For the solitary Monica, her tale of woe began the moment she was born. The screams of childbirth became screams of horror when her parents discovered the small fur covered baby just born. From home to home, none seemed to want the child who was beyond considered different. As she grew, the girl learned to wear her outcastedness as protection, distancing herself from everyone, even in the homes without abuse and abandonment. As she turned 12, the beginnings of adulthood gave rise to Monica's running away from the latest abusive foster family, deciding the streets would be better than anything at this point. She quickly learned how cruel the streets could be though, learning what lessons she needed to get by. Years of this lead to the girl steeling herself from the world, where we find her on the run, leaving behind a violent attack on a group of humans. In her urge to escape, she finds her way, in the pouring rain, to a large place...a sanctuary maybe...
