Moved Suz's characters to inactive because at this point it's fairly certain she's no intention on coming back to significantly contribute to the RP in Cobalt.

Banned Jenn / Chakei because - all she does is stir up shit when she comes in, she never RPs and this time she blatantly went after Nicci in public and Nicci said she wasn't ok with it.
So I banned her until she learns how to act.
