Personality Profile: Billy is kind but socially awkward having been sheltered for most of his life by his parents.
Physical Description: Billy is basically a large were-rabbit or anthro rabbit , his body is covered in light brown fur, he has large floppy ears, very blue eyes and once get past that he is a giant rabbit he is very cute. Billy is actually very tall when he stretches out to his full height on his tip toes but most of the time he doesn’t bother and looks much shorter than he is. Billy wears favors loose clothes and hoodies because they are just comfy on his furry body and while he has specially made shoes for his huge feet, he rarely wears them.

Powerset: Rabbit Powers
Ability One: Rabbit Physiology: Billy’s physical appearance is that of a anthropomorphic rabbit and this has granted him fur, claws, sharp teeth with a strong bite and of course an enhanced smell and hearing.
Ability Two:: Super Legs: Billy’s legs are incredibly strong allowing him to make incredible leaps and deliver kicks strong enough to kick through a brick wall with ease.
Ability Three: Enhanced Speed: Billy’s unique nature allows him to react to things 3 to 4 times faster than a normal human and run at a top speed of 60 mph for an extended period.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses: Billy is sadly a forced vegetarian, eating meat will make him sick or even kill him if he eats to much of it. Billy’s body cannot process calcium as quickly as humans and he has to take a special pill that allows him to process it or it will build up in his system causing anything from mild discomfort to crippling pain. Using his speed for long periods of time burns a huge amount of calories and Billy will need to eat a lot to restore all the calories his body has burned. Last but not least Billys mutation is very noticeable and while not a physical drawback it is definitely a social one.

Skills: Being a vegetarian by nature has forced Billy to become an expert in vegetarian cuisine. Billy is a very intelligent and is incredibly skilled with computers.
Background: Billy looked just like everyone else when he was born but sadly this was not to last and by the time his 7th birthday came around, Billy physical mutation had transformed him from a normal human to what he is now. Billy lucked out in the sense that he had to loving parents who despite his extremely different appearance, loved, cared and sheltered him from the world. Things were tough at times as Billy had to stay inside most of the time and the only contact he had with the world was through family or online friends, even his schooling was done online. The last few years Billy started getting extremely restless with having to hide all the time and finally having just turned 19, he has decided to move to Cobalt hoping just to have a semblance of a normal life.
