Improved Efficiency: Any machine Heather is using operates at 200% efficiency, that is to say a car that normally can only go 100mph can go 200mph when shes driving, or a computer with a 2GHZ processor works as well as one with 4.

Decreased Efficiency: Alternately Heather can use her powers to decrease a machines ability to operate causing all but the finest feats of engineering to grind to a halt.

THE MYSTERIOUS THIRD POWER: Who knows what it is? The power to destroy suns? Immortality? The ability to pull off a fedora? Only time I will tell.

Drawbacks & Weaknesses: The machines affected by her power tend not to be designed for the stress her power puts them under which can cause them to break, jam up, short out, and other wise explode.

Skills: She's got the skills of any intelligent 17 year old girl. Her time traveling internationally has let her learn bits and pieces of many languages and her time working with her adopted father has taught her alot about cars.

Background: Heather is the adopted daughter of world famous rally car driver Mark and his wife Amanda Mills. She grew up on the move traveling the world racing circuit with her father. Do to her nomadic life she meet many different kinds people and developed a liberal world view. One month while working as navigator during one of her fathers races there car suddenly accelerated during a turn sending them off a 10 foot embankment. Her father was instantly paralyzed from the waist down and she was hospitalized. It was during this stay she discovered she possessed the X-Gene. Her adopted mother blaming her for her fathers accident shipped her off to the Cobalt Sanctum.
