Personality Profile: Ridiculously happy-go-lucky and very mischievous, a trait he's picked up from his best friend and partner in crime, Blatant Boy. Sammy has a decent head on his shoulders but loves to find trouble and broadcast it to the world.

Physical Description: A bit on the short and skinny side for his age, he could easily pass for someone much younger. His hair is cut short and often gelled into haphazard spikes, and he's typically found wearing sports jerseys and the like.

Mutation/Powers:

Primary : Audiokinesis - In spite of his age, Sammy has a surprisingly powerful ability to amplify, dampen, and alter sounds. It's typically used to bring his own voice to booming levels.

Drawbacks/Weaknesses : Much like Blatant Boy, Sammy is subject to getting beaten up. A lot. Though he can usually scare off his attackers with a well-placed siren scream.

How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future? They won't. Well, he might get louder.

Background: Sammy came to Cobalt due to an inability to control the pitch of his voice -- at least, at first. Now he's got a rather fine control over his powers but seems to prefer being excessively, eye-gougingly loud, and often broadcasts the exploits of students on campus, for the entire school to hear.

Quirks/Extras (Random fun facts about your character!): As could be expected, Sammy has a wide variety of music tastes and plays guitar. He also has a pet cat named Boomer.
