Personality Profile: Duty-driven, rather solemn and often quiet. Marcel is a laid-back and very caring individual with a great sense of humor, though in his mind, tending the sick and wounded comes first and second.
Physical Description: The head nurse and go-to healer is a tall, broad-shouldered black man, with neatly trimmed facial hair and pale hazel eyes, typically seen with a bright smile. His hair is done up in a multitude of dreadlocks that are typically bound in a tail. He's usually found wearing scrubs, though off duty he likes band tees and jeans.

Mutation/Powers:
Primary : Afflict Healing - Marcel has a powerful, but somewhat aggressive ability to heal wounds. For example, he is able to tear away injuries, leaving behind healed flesh. Similarly, his ability to repair broken bones is marked by, quite literally cracking, shattering and re-forming the bone. He can purge poisons and other foul substances from the body, forcing it to reject them. It is a painful, somewhat draining process for all involved, and some have jokingly mentioned the cure being worse than the disease, though none have ever shown anything but gratitude towards him.

Background: Like many mutants, Marcel came from a home where he was not accepted. His gift had him sent off at an early age, and he's been working for the academy since he was about seventeen. Not once has he looked back, enjoying watching the youths grow up and become better people. He was recently, forcibly removed from his post at Cobalt Hill and brought on as head medic at an undisclosed META facility.
