Personality Profile: As a result of unknown mental and emotional trauma, Scarlet is a time bomb. She is socialy stunted and behaves like a 5 year old when she doesn't get her way. She hates to be touched by those she doesn't trust.

Physical Description: Short and skinny, Scarlet is often seen wearing a canvas jacket with a hood, which she keeps up. The jacket is two to three sizes too big, showing only her finger tips fro the sleeves. She wears contacts to hide her eyes and wears baggy cloths, such as shorts and long skirts with combat boots.

General Power Information: Tactile Telekenetics and Limited Quantime Manipulation

Ability One: Tactile Telekenetics
By touching an object, Solace gains the ability to manipulate it's motion. Objects like Chains and Ropes are the easiest to manipulate. Objects with mechanical moving parts, like safes and door locks, are harder to manipulate, but can be done with some concentration. Solace can manipulate 100 ft of rope or chain. With the Tactile TK, Solace can give the appearance of Super strength, lifting nearly a ton with strain, a half ton easily. This is simply lifting power, not crushing or striking force.

1Ability Two: Schrodinger Teleportation
When not visible by an intelegent being with proper higher brain function, Solace can slip into the 'between space' as she calls it. Her teleportation depends on her 'Void Space's' location <Next Power>


Ability Three: Void Space
It is un known how thios power manifested, But Solace has, attached to her, a pocket dimension roughly 100 square feet. It is a photo negative of the surroundings she Teleported from. Her Teleportation moves her through this Void where she can use the photonegative to return to the 'real world'.

Drawbacks & Weaknesses:
Tactile TK: She cannot use it to lift a car...Yet
Teleport and Void: Solace's Teleport is canceled by perception. If you see her, she cannot teleport. Furthermore, No one can survive in her Void for longer than a few hours. THe cause of death is hypothermia. It's an extention of her twisted psyche. It is this Solitary Cell that gives Solace her namesake.

Skills: Locksmithing and some hand to hand combat experience. Most of her talent is focused on furthering the use of her powers.

Background:
Born to [Memory Erased], Scarlet was given up for adoption. Her infant years were spent in a Catholic Orphanage, where she stayed until the age of three where she was taken into her first Foster home. Her eyes marked her as a mutant and her hyper religious foster family shunned her. They saw her as a charity, a status symbol to show how generous they were. She stayed for 3 years, then was moved back to the Orphanage. Her next home came at 10 to the Bakersons, Phil and Delores. Delores was a paraplegic and Phil a local businessman. Scarlet was removed at the age of 13 when her mutant powers manifest and she shattered Phil's arm. She claimed he had been molesting her, but the charges were never properly filed nor made. Her next foster home was to [Uh Uh Uh. I'm not Telling] where she now lives.
