Physical Description: Medium height and build wavy blond hair, blue eyes. Said eyes number quite a few and are located all over his body including places he's not found of letting be known.

Mutation/Powers:
Primary : Telescopic Vision – Omneye can see clearly at four times further than the average human out of any of his eyes. On a clear day, his maximum distance is fifty miles away if he focuses. His spatial awareness is extremely keen, as he can see everything around him from multiple angles with his extra eyes.
Secondary : Penetrating Vision – This ability is not exactly X-ray vision as Omneye can see through certain metals, and radiation has nothing to do with it. Omneye can simply just see through things, but like with X-ray vision, this ability can still be blocked by lead. All of Omneye’s eyes possess this ability.
Tertiary : Extra Eyes – A very recent addition to Omneye’s power set, following a very violent and forced evolution of his powers, Omneye grew a large amount of extra eyes which are scattered around his entire body with no specific pattern or sense of symmetry. They are for the most part normally shaped and sized; the majority of them possess the same range and ability as his main two.
Drawbacks/Weaknesses : A good number of things. Omneye’s extra eyes are a lot more sensitive to light than his normal ones are. His mutation causes him a good amount of pain given the location of some of his additional ocular organs. A few of his extra eyes are malformed and even partially mutilated depending on where they emerged. Not all of his new eyes are enhanced, a few of them grew in wrong. Some have weaker ranges, others no powers at all, and while not a result of the forced mutation, but rather accidents, and bad luck of placement, Omneye is even blind in a few of them. He is looking into having surgery to remove a few of the more painfully and embarrassingly placed ones.
How do you believe this character's powers will further develop in the future? Omneye is an NPC and given his recent history any further development or spike in his powers could prove more hazardous than beneficial to his mental health and overall well being. But, perhaps given enough time, an offensive power of some sort from could emerge from his extras.
Background: Normal enough life, his parents even approved of his powers as the enhanced sight proved to a useful thing and were not a power that openly said "I'm a mutant!" He avoided going to any mutant centered schools thinking he didn't need them. Tried not to associate with other mutants as he did not wish to draw attention to himself and his powers. Powers that were seldom used for good causes. Omneye had mostly used them to spy or peep on other people that soon grew into voyeurism. A habit that made him the target of an unknown force that sought to punish him for his unethical usage of his abilities. The result of this attack left Omneye's powers grotesquely altered, giving him eyes all over his body. The transformation was exceedingly painful and had Omneye screaming and writhing on the ground where was found by a mysterious person who had apparently tagged Omneye somehow to be a candidate for this force. After some brutal questioning the stranger dumped Omneye at Cobalt's gate where the ocular mutant has been ever since.
Quirks/Extras (Random fun facts about your character!): Omneye is not found of his new mutation at all. He is very displeased that not all of them can be removed via surgery or a mutant power without possibly causing him further damage and discomfort. He hates his real name and prefers to go by his mutant alias. However, following his recent power enhancement he's not very found of the name anymore. So for now he's using his last name when asked.
