X-team text message [team building exercise]

A text is sent out to all team members (and candidates as well!) regarding another round of team building exercises courtesy of Nicholas. They'll be held in the simulator number 3 whatever time there's enough people around to start. The emphasis for the day is leadership, both following orders and becoming comfortable giving them. Not mandatory but suggested for anyone that feels they need work in those departments or just wants to practice leading.
