Personality Profile: Flighty, ethereal, a little absent minded and a dreamy focus like she's walking in a world only she can see. Often shrewd and a bit vicious, her many years have made Julie a bit of a cynic. She has a fairly short attention span and a slight memory problem when it comes to using her abilities too much. Never hesitant to hold a grudge, which can last for a long time.
Physical Description: While she currently looks 20, Julie possesses some vestiges of being a lot older, most notably in her hair. While it maintains a full thickness of youthful locks, the hair is old lady silver in color. Her eyes are a warm gray that show wisdom beyond her physical years.

Powerset: Lifespan Extension: All of Julie's powers focus on living longer and more comfortably
Ability One: Age Manipulation: via transference. Julie has the power to make living creatures younger or older. This must be done via touch and in the case of humans and mutants, usually requires consent. If the person is not willing, it simply won’t work, but on occasion she can catch a person unawares, though it is extremely interruptible in either way. The power needs a good deal of concentration in order to meet the successful and desired result. Julie cannot selectively age a single body part, it is all or nothing.
Younger: Julie takes away what a person has already lived, meaning that she doesn’t leech off one’s youth, but rather takes the time already spent away from them, effectively making the target younger. Memories are not removed and the process does not affect the mind in any way, though prolonged exposure may start to affect one’s behavior. The de-aging is technically not permanent, as the target will return to their rightful age in due time, it all depends on how far back Julie took them.
Older: Julie can transfer the time collected from others over to someone else, and physically age the person. This ability actively requires some years to be collected first otherwise Julie would be giving up her own years. As stated before, Julie needs to collect some time first before she can age someone forward. Once again memories are not altered and the process does not affect the mind in any way, though prolonged exposure may start to affect one’s behavior. The forward aging is not always in a physical sense. Julie could simply tack a few years onto one’s lifespan.
Misc: Julie is fully capable of giving up her own years to age someone both physical and stored, but once she uses one of these on a person she cannot switch to the other method. This restriction does have a time period of one week. After that she can use either one on the same person again. When Julie collects the years from a person, they can either be added onto her physical form and age or to increase her lifespan.
Ability Two: Healing (Other): Julie’s age manipulations can be used to a lesser extent, but still a great one to heal injuries. She can effectively alter the injured person’s age in a different manner, Using the stored time to age the injury to the point of it healing away, though too much of this method of healing can be detrimental to the recipient if used too often, as it effectively ages them the length of time needed to heal the injury away. This could easily be remedied by her primary, but is still not a pleasant experience and a very taxing one. Julie cannot selectively age a single body part, it is all or nothing.
Ability Three: Youthful Longevity: Another aspect of Julie’s age related powers is quite predictable. Julie herself has stopped aging naturally. Her default is twenty-five. Meaning if she were to make herself younger her body would start to age, but come to a stop once she reached that number. To appear older she would need a donation. Today her physical appearance is usually based off of how she uses the years leeched or given to her from another. As stated before depending upon how Julie utilizes these years, they can either alter her physical age or be added to a sort of non physical storage space for years to age someone forwards, however it can only be one or the other with each donor. Either she adjusts her physical age, or adds it to her cache. Julie cannot switch the method after the fact; it would require another session with another donor.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses :
- Julie's powers are often unpredictable; the speed at which she takes and gives years is inconsistent with each person. They require her full concentration or will either not work in the desired manner or not at all.
- Julie's natural rhythm of healing is a little skewed, if she is hurt sometimes the wound will not heal on its own, Julie needs to actively take the necessary time it would take to heal the injury away from someone. It is completely random when a wound will behave this way. It could be as traumatic as a compound fracture, or as small as a paper cut. Illnesses take a lot out of her as well.
- She cannot use her own cache to effect her physical age, she needs to actively alter her age when “feeding” off a victim.
- Julie’s memory has the oft not mentioned issues of many a near immortal. There is only so much her brain can hold at once. Any memories older than 75 years get replaced.

Background: Julie's past has many incarnations as she's been able to live may different lives through manipulation of her age. It really came in handy for faking her death and starting a new as a different person. She's been adopted many times when she felt like she wanted to be a kid again; Julie has been through so much she's forgotten her original birth family and many of the subsequent ones. As for her current round, she's Julie Leon, a rather fitting last name that makes her laugh on the inside. She was adopted as a three year old and grew to love her new family, once she turned thirteen again, Julie slowly let her powers appear as though only just discovering them. Deliberately making it seem like she possessed florakinesis by growing and ungrowing plants. However this time it was different. This time a school like Cobalt Hill was known to her family so they sent their darling girl there to be with other mutants and let her powers blossom (Julie had to shudder at the ridiculous pun). And hence where she is today, on her way to a school for mutants to lean about powers she already has a master grasp on. But she ran into a snag, this strange drink Pulse, she just can't seem to get enough of it...
