Personality Profile: Intelligent and serene are words that would never be used to describe Robert. He is panicky, lazy and neurotic weirdo but a well meaning one.

Physical Description: A young man of above average height and a generous build. He has short strawberry blonde hair, red eyes and his skin has a slight tint of blue to it. He also has very poor eyesight, which requires him to wear glasses.

General Power Information: The theme is cold winds. There is no real substance to them but when they hit your face they burn like hell. He can generate cold at this point with little to no control or direction to it.

Ability One: Cold Manipulation. At first temperatures around him dropped at random and there was little he could do about it. With focus he can direct a "cold wind" at something, freezing it. This is incredibly ineffective at most ranges so he usually just chills things he touches.

Drawbacks & Weaknesses: He often feels numb during and after he uses his abilities. He also has very little control over what he can do. He is resistant to the cold but can still feel it, so he usually has to wear many layers of clothing to keep warm. He is weak to extreme heats, basic ice power weakness ya know?

Skills: Hes a damn good pastry chef, runner and tailor.

Background: Robert was born into a normal family with two older brothers..He was never a popular person and was often treated poorly by his peers because of how he looked other people thought he didn't look natural. He was fine with it until his cold powers started to develop. People would feel cold near him.He would freeze circuits of most electronics he touched. When even fewer people wanted to be around him, he decided to find people who would and left home at seventeen.

Criminal Record: It was either here or prison, he does not like to talk about why and really just wants a fresh start at life.
