Personality Profile: Very eloquent with a dark streak. At one moment soft spoken, and the next quick to anger. A man of slightly skewed morals and high ethics, there is something more to Dillon than his surface shows.
Physical Description: Dillon is a man of medium height and an athletic build. He has honey colored eyes and brown hair kept very short. An odd thing about his body is the fact that, Dillon's skin appears completely unblemished, smooth, and baby soft. Similarly his teeth are perfect and a startlingly sparkly white. The man just looks "new." He is a fan of fancy dress and finer fabrics. and most of the time keeps himself impeccably dressed, though on occasion he has been seen in a more casual get up.

Primary: Self-Boost: Dillon is capable of tapping into a vast reserve of power and boosting one aspect of himself at a time to x3 of a very enabled human. He can chose to boost his: Strength, Speed, Agility, Reflexes, etc. The boost lasts until he stops it or changes what he is using. This is far from lasting forever as the reserve pool that he feeds from has limits, and seeing as this power pool is what has been keeping him alive, it is not something he wants to waste unless absolutely necessary.
Secondary: Unreadable: Aside from the most powerful mutants out there, Dillon's thoughts cannon be read, empaths feel nothing from him, illusions don't seem to fool him, Truth Seers receive no cues if he is lying, X-gene sensors feel nothing. It's like the man doesn't have a mind to read or trick, he exists but only through the more mundane senses. The most your average telepath will see in Dillon's mind is a blank space.

Drawbacks/Weaknesses/Side Effects : He has an aversion to electrical powers and despite his immunities, the man harbors a dislike of unfamiliar telepaths. The electricity appears to react poorly with his body, often leaving Dillon in a comatose state, and a telepath who is strong enough could barrel their way inside his mind. Even though he has strong resistance anything that can overcome this will hit Dillon hard. Healing powered mutants fall under his unreadable power. Unless great care an attention is taken, healers have a high likelihood of harming or even killing Dillon.

Background: You won't find much information out there about Dillon Anderson, it's like he just appeared one day. There are rumors going around that he's a spy, that he's under witness protection, even one that he's an alien. The truth he gives as Dillon is much more mundane. His body was in shambles and he was severely crippled, a biokinetic was commissioned to repair his devastated form in return for a means to further the biokinetic's research a few decades. After settling into his new lease on life, Dillon came to Cobalt to be the new Power Ethics professor. While he seems to have a hidden agenda; on some level he does want to give these kids a chance.
